Lift Guard™ Contact Alarm
The Lift Guard™ Contact Alarm alerts ground personnel by interrupting platform motion, sounding an alarm and flashing a warning light when the operator makes contact with the platform control panel. Designed to be unobtrusive, the system features an activation cable mounted above the aerial platform control panel. When the activation cable is tripped, the platform's lift and drive functions are disabled. The system then activates an audible and visual warning to alert others that assistance may be needed. This notification continues until the system is reset - simply by snapping the activation cable back into place.
